Italian singer and songwriter in traditional music from Salento, southeasternmost part of Italy, leads her voice beyond natural-born social and family environment where she directly heard and spontaneuosly learned real traditional sound. For over 15 years Enza Pagliara spreads her sound throughout stages in the world singing, with intimate pride, Salento traditions and culture consisting in seranades, legends, epic-lyrical chants, improvised dialouges in form of stornelli and saint's invocatons for healing.
